ABOUT

My path into mindfulness and inner work emerged through lived experience — moving across cultures, navigating transitions, and searching for a deeper sense of meaning and belonging. Over the past decade, mindfulness and compassion practices have become central to both my personal life and professional work.

With an international background and training as an ICF-certified professional coach, mindfulness teacher, and trauma-informed practitioner, my work integrates coaching psychology with contemplative practice. My professional path includes experience in international corporate environments, entrepreneurship, and the development of mindfulness-based programs — each chapter shaping the grounded, integrative approach I offer today.

Through Heartful Nest, I create structured and supportive spaces for individuals navigating life transitions, uncertainty, and periods of inner change. My approach is science-based, human-centered, and experiential, honoring both the realities of modern life and the depth of contemplative traditions.

Rather than offering quick solutions, my work focuses on sustainable, embodied integration — supporting people in cultivating clarity, resilience, and a more intentional way of living over time. This approach is rooted in mindfulness science and gently informed by Buddhist and Sufi wisdom traditions.

At its core, Heartful Nest is a space for reconnection — not about becoming someone else, but returning to oneself with greater awareness, stability, and compassion.
